We got you covered.

We will all be staying at the Newport Harbor Island Resort. You can check in at the front desk after 4:00 PM. All lodging costs and incidentals will be taken care of and will go on the master bill so you will not need to provide a credit card. Valet charges should be assigned to your room as well so they can go on the master bill.

Check out is on Monday before 11:00 AM unless special arrangements have been made for you.

Arriving at the Hotel

From T.F. Green International Airport

  • Uber: Feel free to take an Uber from the train station airport.  We have set up a voucher code to cover Uber transportation costs.  Information about how to use this Voucher code can be found TBD. 

From Providence Amtrak Train Station

Once you arrive at Providence Station, you can get to Newport 2 ways: 

  • Seasonal Ferry: Walk or take the free local shuttle from the train station to the Providence to Newport ferry terminal. You can catch the Seastreak Ferry which takes about 30 to 45 minutes to arrive directly in downtown Newport. 

  • Uber: An Uber ride from the Providence train station to Newport takes about 35 minutes. Use uber code TBD.

From Kingston Amtrak Train Station

  • Uber: An uber ride from the Kingston train station to Newport takes about 25 minutes. Use uber code TBD.
